Community Unity
CASA, or Court Appointed Special Advocates, is a nonprofit that vets, recruits, and trains volunteers to advocate for children in the welfare system. Of course we were happy to help such a good cause produce a video for its annual event, the Fairfax Run. As Ashleigh Conrad, the race director for CASA, this is a family friendly event for the kids to help raise money for this incredibly important organization.
Highlights for Charity
The event is not only a great excuse to bring the community together and raise awareness about CASA's mission, its a way for them to raise desperately needed money to keep doing their work. To that end, video is a crucial part of the event. Having a professional video crew on site to capture interviews and general footage of the day further advances the goals of raising awareness and bringing in donations.
