Music TV
Usually, we talk about high light reels or testimonials but today we're excited to feature a different kind of video project: a music video. Music videos are great to increase the profile of your band or group. A well-produced video can expand the reach of your song many many times over. So let's look at how this video was produced at Kin State Studio.Video Killed the Radio Star
The best part about this kind of production is that it doesn't necessarily need a huge budget to be impressive and entertaining. We arrived on location and filmed the talent in the recording studio doing their thing. Sounds pretty simple, doesn't it? And yet the video is still fun to watch. A catchy song can add a lot of energy to a video, even if its just hanging in the studio. The video also gives a behind-the-scenes sort of feel, which totally fits the theme of the song.
Trust the Experts
If you don't have the budget of a record label putting a video together for their star's latest single, it can be daunting to try and produce a video for your independant act. But that's where we're here to help. With expert production, a video entirely shot in your studio just recording your song can be just as compelling. And the best part is it saves you the hassle of scouting and renting a location, hiring talent and extras, and spending an arm and a leg on special effects or pyrotechnics. All that stuff can be flashy, but if your videographer does have a handle on the basics of production and editing, it's not going to matter.
All of that is to say, invest in your videographer before you spend money on flashy gimmicks.
